JOTHI

JOTHI takes inspiration from both conventional pop writing styles and fusing genres such as jazz, soul, psychedelic music. The bands front woman Gloria Ragesh, is heavily influenced by rhythm and blues artists from the 50’s through to the 70’s. JOTHI takes a modern approach to arrangement focussing on a tight sound and experimenting with a range of sounds and genres through the decades. They are fast becoming known for their cheeky on-stage demeanour, and playing music that gets you up and dancing while also delivering strong lyrical messages.
